Six Figure Pet Business Academy (“SFPBA”), Six-Figure Pet Sitting Academy ("SFPSA") and Prosperous Pet Business ("PPB") will own the recordings and transcripts of the "Ask the Business Coach" webinar, (the “Materials”), including all copyright and other intellectual property rights therein, and to the extent that any such rights vest in you, you hereby assign and will assign any and all such rights to SFPBA, SFPSA and PPB; and
SFPBA, SFPSA or PPB may modify, repurpose, resell, and reuse the Materials in any manner, indefinitely and without compensation to you, and you hereby grant a perpetual, royalty-free, fully paid, worldwide license to SFPBA, SFPSA and PPB to do so.
