I have a date with my husband this evening at a cafe (he's also the co-owner of our service) to set goals for 2010 because of this post. I want to assure other sitters - goal setting works! I wrote out a goal in 2008 to win a particular city-wide "best of" award for 2009. And we won. We are already making six figures, but now we're starting to scale back so we can have our weekends back. (Five day weeks is our first goal!) Thanks again! So glad I found this blog.
